These Terms govern your use of Workspace Org Chart ("the App"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App is a client-side tool that renders an org chart from your Google Workspace directory in your browser. You are responsible for having the necessary authority and Google permissions to connect your Workspace.
Paid plans are licensed per domain on an annual basis. A free tier is available for small teams as described on our pricing page. Fees are billed through our payment processor and are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or use it in breach of your obligations to your own organisation or to Google.
The App does not store your directory data — see our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
We may update these Terms or the App. We may suspend access for breach. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Victoria, Australia], and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
