Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms explain how you may use the Australian Technology Partners website. The website is operated by Australian Enterprise Services Pty Ltd, ABN 65 630 717 903, trading as Australian Technology Partners, based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use its enquiry and booking functions for legitimate business purposes. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material or use our forms to send unsolicited advertising.
Information and service descriptions
The information on this website is general in nature and is not tailored legal, financial, certification or security assurance advice. Descriptions of possible workflows are examples of what may be achievable, not guarantees of savings, performance, compliance or suitability for your circumstances.
References to ISO 27001 implementation describe professional experience. They do not mean ATP is certified or that an engagement will result in certification. Certification decisions are made by independent certification bodies.
Enquiries, bookings and engagements
Submitting an enquiry or booking an introductory conversation does not engage ATP to provide professional services or create a delivery commitment. The scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, intellectual property and support arrangements for any paid work are governed by a separate written agreement.
Booking availability is provided through Microsoft Bookings. Your booking confirmation explains the appointment details and any options for rescheduling or cancellation. If you cannot attend, please use those options or contact us so the time can be made available again.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle enquiry and newsletter details. When you choose to open Microsoft Bookings or another external website, that provider's terms and privacy practices also apply. Links are supplied for convenience and are not a warranty of third-party content.
Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website's content and branding belong to ATP or are used with permission. You may link to our pages and retain a copy for internal reference, but must not reproduce substantial content commercially or imply an endorsement without permission. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Availability and your legal rights
We take reasonable care with the website but cannot promise that every page will always be current or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please contact us if you find an error or cannot access information you need.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these website terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. These website terms do not change a separately agreed service contract. If you have questions, please use our contact form.
